A historical reflection, musical pages, and ancient myths: this is the magical formula of Any sweeter melody sounds, the Ravenna Festival series that combines music and archaeology in the spaces of Classis Ravenna, the city and territory museum, thanks to the collaboration with RavennAntica. On Wednesday, June 21, as always at 6:30 PM, the new appointment is introduced by Enrico Cirelli from the University of Bologna, dedicated to Ravenna's relationship with the sea, an essential and characterizing feature of the city's history since its origins.
The musical program also rides the waves: with the title "Suite Italiana," the INSIDE SAX (Emiliano Rodriguez, Ivan Curzi, Letizia Ragazzini, Massimo Valentini), born within the La Corelli Orchestra, navigates from Paolo Marzocchi's Albanian Folk Song to Greek by Massimo Valentini; the program also includes compositions by Luciano Feliciani, Stefano Nanni, and Roberto Bartoli.
